We are seeking fun, friendly, and outgoing individuals to teach our learn-to-swim program to individuals of all skill levels and ages. We primarily teach students 4 months to 12 years old how to be safe around any body of water and to be confident swimmers for life. Candidates with fun and outgoing personalities are all welcome to apply! No previous swim or teaching experience needed but greatly valued. We do all training on-site and equip you with all the tools you need to teach our learn-to-swim program. We have an indoor location, flexible and guaranteed hours, consistent scheduling, year-round positions, paid training, leadership development, and constant opportunities for advancement within our company!

WSI/Swim Coach Responsibilities and Requirements:

• Previous swim instruction, lifeguard, aquatics, or swim coach experience is a plus, but not required!
• Relate well to children, parents, team members, and have good communication skills
• Flexible schedule: candidates must have availability to work during the week and at least one weekend day
• Teach swimming lessons in accordance with the Aqua-Tots curriculum

• Lead group classes with no more than 4 students per class
• Attend monthly in-service trainings
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Be available and willing to Water Watch during lessons to optimize safety for our students and families
