Who We’re Looking For:

We’re hiring both Head Coaches and Staff Coaches for our boys and girls programs . Whether you’re leading your own team or supporting across age groups, we want individuals who: Bring energy, structure, and passion to every training session and game Align with our club philosophy and system of play Value player development over short-term results Communicate effectively with players, families, and club leadership Are reliable, organized, and team-oriented

Responsibilities Include:

Planning and delivering 2x/week training sessions aligned with club curriculum Coaching league games, tournaments, and events Collaborating with the Technical Director and fellow coaches Providing player evaluations and development plans Creating a positive, motivating, and safe environment

Requirements:

✔ USSF Grassroots 11v11, 9v9 (minimum) D License or higher or international equivalent preferred ✔ 2+ years of youth coaching experience (Head Coach) ✔ Strong knowledge of the modern game and player development ✔ Background check required ✔ Weekend availability for matches/tournaments ✔ Reliable transportation
