Job Description
St. Lawrence University is currently seeking applicants for a Graduate Assistant Coach for Men’s & Women’s Crew. This is a 9-month position (August 2025 – May 2026). Remuneration includes a $17,000 coaching stipend, student health insurance, and tuition remission (6 graduate classes per year in the University’s graduate program). St Lawrence offers a Master of Arts in Leadership. Duties/Responsibilities Responsibilities include assisting in practice preparation, race day duties, recruiting, and administrative tasks as assigned by the Head Coach. Bachelor’s degree is required. Strong oral and written communication skills are necessary. A valid driver’s license and ability to meet the requirements to drive University vehicles required. Collegiate rowing and/or coaching experience preferred.
