Collaborate with parent team managers to provide rigorous training and individualized skill development for players age 10 to 12. Take the lead in coaching – running games and practices for teams aged 13 and older. Develop and implement practice plans that focus on skill development, teamwork, and sportsmanship. Provide constructive feedback and mentorship to players to help them improve their skills and understanding of the game. Travel to games as required, ensuring players are well-prepared and motivated. Maintain a positive and encouraging environment for all players and parents.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in coaching youth baseball, preferably at the travel or competitive level. Strong knowledge of baseball fundamentals, strategies, and rules. Ability to work effectively with young athletes and communicate clearly with parents and team administrators. Excellent organizational and leadership skills. Availability to work primarily on weekends and travel as needed. Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive team culture.

We are a dynamic and growing youth baseball organization that has operated for the past 10 years, currently running 16 travel teams for players aged 8 to 17. Our mission is to provide rigorous training, individualized skill development, and a positive, competitive environment for our players. We are looking for dedicated and passionate Professional Youth Baseball Coaches to join our team and supplement our parent-team administrators and team of professional baseball coaches.
