The Plum Borough School District seeks a passionate and experienced Girls Varsity Head Lacrosse Coach to lead our high school girls Lacrosse program. This position is responsible for all aspects of the program, including designing and conducting practices, game preparation, and fostering a competitive yet positive team environment. The successful candidate will mentor student-athletes to develop their skills, sportsmanship, and discipline while prioritizing academic achievement and personal growth. A commitment to creating an inclusive, respectful team culture is essential. In addition to on-field responsibilities, the Girls Varsity Head Lacrosse Coach will manage team operations such as scheduling, equipment inventory, parent and booster coordination, and compliance with PIAA, district, and league policies. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and communication skills, demonstrating the ability to motivate students and collaborate with school administration and the community.
