Head Varsity Softball Coach Position Available In Lancaster, Pennsylvania

Head Varsity Softball Coach Eastern Lancaster County School District 669 E Main St, New Holland, PA 17557 The successful candidate will be responsible for building the Garden Spot softball program. This includes working with the youth level organization. Candidate is also responsible for teaching fundamentals of the game as well as implement proper in-game strategies to put the team in most advantageous situations possible. Previous playing and/or coaching experience and experience working with student-athletes preferred. Must be able to demonstrate proven coaching techniques and philosophy; excellent interpersonal and organizational skills required.
