Head Softball Coach Executive Education Academy Charter High School
- Demonstrating an understanding in the development and preparation of novice and intermediate high school softball players as well as raising the level of performance of advanced high school players.
- Demonstrating an understanding of game and tournament coaching.
- Competition coaching
- Practice scheduling, planning, and coaching
- Assist with scheduling
- Athlete development
- Managing assistant coaching staff
- Facilitate player and coach meetings to begin and end the season
- Setting an offseason training and activity schedule
- Fostering a safe environment
- Organizing film sessions
- Organizing study halls
- Coordinating weight training schedule with the strength and conditioning coach
- Preparing preseason equipment orders
- Helping in-season and postseason inventory management
- Fundraising
- Supervising team managers o Gameday setup o Statistics and Books o Game video
