Part Time Wilkes University invites applicants for an Head Men’s and Women’s Cross Country Coach in the Department of Intercollegiate Athletics. This is a part-time (20 hours/week) administrative staff position reporting to the Athletics Director. The successful candidate is responsible for administering all facets of the cross country programs including recruiting, practice and game management, player development, supervision of assistant coaches/interns, and academic monitoring. A Bachelor’s degree is required and a Master’s degree is preferred. The ideal candidate will have prior collegiate playing and coaching experience. Demonstrated knowledge of NCAA and Landmark Conference rules are required as is a commitment to the Division III philosophy.
