Little Kickers is an exciting program designed to introduce the joy of soccer to our youngest players. More than just soccer, it’s an adventure where children aged 2-4 years old fall in love with being active, making friends, and discovering new skills in a safe, engaging environment. We focus on building fundamental movement skills and a genuine love for the game through play.

Position Summary:

Little Kickers is seeking enthusiastic and certified soccer coaches to lead our 2025 Fall Little Kickers program. This role is perfect for individuals passionate about working with toddlers and preschoolers, creating a fun, engaging, and developmentally appropriate environment for their first introduction to soccer.

Responsibilities:

Lead one-hour soccer sessions for children aged 2-4 years old. Create a safe, fun, and highly engaging environment for all participants. Utilize a captivating game and story-time based approach to transform sessions into imaginative adventures with themes. Implement fundamental soccer skills (dribbling, proper shooting technique) seamlessly woven into fun games and activities. Facilitate gentle small-sided games to introduce teamwork concepts. Ensure the well-being and active participation of all children.

Qualifications:

Soccer experience or coaching certificates. Experience working with young children (toddlers and preschoolers preferred). Ability to create a positive, energetic, and encouraging atmosphere. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Patient, creative, and adaptable in working with young children.
