Head All Star Cheer Coach Southern Royalty Athletics Moncks Corner, SC 29461 Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Head Coach to lead our All Star program and foster a positive and engaging environment for our athletes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in coaching and a background in All Star cheer. This role involves developing training programs, mentoring athletes and other coaches, and ensuring their overall growth in both skills and character. Responsibilities Design and implement training programs tailored to the needs of athletes across various levels. Train other coaches in any applicable areas. Lead practice sessions, providing instruction and feedback to enhance performance. Foster teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship among all participants. Monitor athlete progress, providing guidance on skill development and personal growth. Communicate effectively with athletes, parents, and other staff members regarding performance expectations and program updates. Ensure a safe training environment by adhering to safety protocols and guidelines. Collaborate with other coaches and staff to promote a cohesive athletic program. Requirements Proven experience in coaching All Star is essential. Strong knowledge of behavior management techniques to support athlete development. Skills in cheerleading, tumbling, or childcare are highly desirable. Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with athletes of all ages. Ability to motivate and inspire athletes to reach their full potential. Strong organizational skills to manage training schedules and event logistics. A commitment to fostering a positive team culture focused on respect, inclusivity, and personal growth. Must be able to pass an annual background check and a potential random drug screen. Familiarity with the USASF rules is a plus.
