Andrew’s Family Fitness Plus, a subdivision of St. Andrew’s Parks and Playground, is searching for a part time Head Swim Team Coach and an Assistant Swim Team Coach. The ideal coach is passionate about empowering others and is excited to be part of a team that has enriched lives through parks, recreation, and wellness for over 75 years! As a swim team coach at St. Andrew’s Family Fitness Plus, you will play a crucial role in developing a new swim team program and will work with young swimmers of all skill levels. You will work closely with our Aquatics team to create a positive and motivating training program while fostering a love for the sport. If you are not yet certified in CPR or Lifeguarding, or your certifications have expired, we are willing to train ! We are committed to excellence and seek a coach who shares our passion for helping the youth in our area achieve their goals. If you have experience as a coach, swim teacher, and/or competitive swim team swimmer, and love working with participants of all ages, we want to hear from you!
