Minimum and Additional Requirements A bachelor’s degree is required. Coaching experience preferred. Must have strong skills in providing excellent customer service and demonstrate strong ethics. A valid driver’s license and safe driving history are required. Additional Comments Knowledge and understanding of coaching, recruiting, and program administration.
