  • Fort Mill, SC Role Summary This is not just another Head Coach or Facility Manager role.

This is a Headquarters-owned flagship location of ISI® Elite Training—and we’re looking for a champion to lead it. The Head Coach & Facility Manager will be responsible for leading our Fort Mill, SC facility, owning operations, delivering world-class coaching, and working closely with our headquarters leadership team to set the tone for franchise success nationwide. This is a high-visibility role with high expectations and even greater opportunity. You’ll coach 10-12 sessions per week, lead and develop your team, be the face of the facility in the community, and run the facility like it’s your own business.   • Facility Ownership Lead all daily operations: facility, coaching team, sales, and session execution Collaborate with ISI® HQ departments to align local execution with national standards Drive and maintain a vibrant, clean, high-energy training facility Own KPIs including new members, retention, referrals, utilization, and session reviews Expected to sign up 40+ new members per month Coaching & Team Leadership Coach 10-12 ISI® sessions weekly at an elite level Train, mentor, and hold your coaching and sales teams to the highest standard Lead weekly team huddles and monthly development meetings Build and nurture a culture of energy, professionalism, and accountability IRONU Coaching Development Host, execute, and lead IRONU Coaches Path training programs for visiting franchise teams on a monthly basis.

Monday to Friday Weekends as needed Application Question(s): Do you have at least 3 years of experience working in a boutique fitness setting (as a coach, GM, or similar leadership role)? This role requires you to coach 10-12 group training sessions per week. Are you currently certified (NASM, ACE, ACSM, etc.) and able to lead sessions at that frequency?
