• Graduate Program that helps and promotes student athletes to the next level.

We are looking for a driven and motivated individual with a passion for coaching and developing young athletes. This position requires mostly weekends , more than likley needs to be someone in the states of

NC, SC, GA

due to the amount of travel to those states. Coaching Stipend pay.

• Key Responsibilities:

• Coach and mentor student-athletes in running skills, strategy, and sportsmanship.
• Develop practice plans and coordinate training sessions.
• Lead recruitment efforts for prospective players.
• Promote a positive team culture and commitment to excellence.
• Recruiting players to our program is a big part of what we do!!!!!
• Must be able to Lead Recruitment and show results!!!!!

• Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of coaching experience, preferably at the high school level.
• Previous recruiting experience is highly desirable.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to motivate and inspire young athletes.

• Compensation:
