Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver high-energy strength training classes tailored to all fitness levels. Teach proper form, technique, and modifications to ensure safety and maximize results. Motivate and inspire participants to push their limits while fostering a fun and inclusive atmosphere. Build relationships with clients to support their fitness journeys and encourage retention. Maintain a clean and organized workout space before and after each class.
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a group fitness or strength training instructor preferred. Certification in personal training, group fitness, or a related field (e.g., NASM, ACE, ISSA) preferred. Current CPR/AED certification (or willingness to obtain prior to starting). Strong understanding of strength training techniques, safety guidelines, and progressions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a team-focused attitude.
