Head Coach – Volleyball Jacksboro Middle School Jacksboro Middle School is seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to serve as the Head Coach for Volleyball. This position requires leadership, commitment, and a passion for developing student-athletes both on and off the field/court.
Qualifications:
Must be a current Campbell County Schools employee Coaching experience at the middle school or high school level Strong background in fundraising and program development Ability to mentor and motivate student-athletes while promoting academic success Strong organizational and communication skills Knowledge of TMSAA rules and regulations
Responsibilities:
Work with the administration and bookkeeper to adhere to all financial responsibilities Plan and lead all aspects of the football and girls’ basketball programs Develop and implement practice schedules, game strategies, and player development plans Coordinate fundraising efforts to support team needs and activities Work collaboratively with administration, faculty, parents, and the community Ensure student-athletes uphold academic and behavioral expectations Promote teamwork, sportsmanship, and a positive school performance Jacksboro Middle School is committed to building strong athletic programs that emphasize hard work, discipline, and integrity.
