POSITION SUMMARY:

CrossFit WildThing, located near Nashville and serving Springfield, Ashland City, and Pleasant View, TN, is searching for a passionate and dynamic individual to guide our community into the future. As a CrossFit Coach at WildThing, you’ll deliver exceptional service, support, and leadership to our members. Your role involves more than just coaching; you’ll develop personalized programs, build meaningful relationships, and guide members from casual involvement to committed fitness journeys. You’ll create a welcoming and motivating environment where members can reach their full potential.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Embody and promote CrossFit WildThing’s mission by demonstrating a welcoming, driven, and supportive attitude. Deliver high-quality training programs tailored to each member’s goals. Actively engage with members through regular communication and follow-ups. Assist with gym events and community outreach to promote CrossFit. Foster strong member relationships and maintain effective communication with the WildThing team. Enforce safety guidelines and uphold a positive gym culture.

QUALIFICATIONS

High school diploma or equivalent (Preferred) 1+ year of coaching experience (Preferred) 1+ year of customer service experience (Preferred) CrossFit Certification (Required) AED Certification (Preferred)

COMPENSATION

Pay is based on certifications and experience. Additionally, coaches receive a stipend toward continuing education.
