Duties of the
Middle School Girls Soccer Head Coach:
Responsible for planning of practices and game management Oversee and d irect middle school assistant and team managers with pre and post game responsibilities Serve as coach during all middle school games, home and away Oversee upload of scores on social media on game days Effectively communicate with parents with team related updates Maintain the highest order of professionalism and display the highest level of ethical and moral behavior at all times, including building positive relationships with athletes, coaches, parents, and the community Help create a Christ-centered environment and team culture of service to others that reflects the Lipscomb Academy Mission Statement Guide student-athletes in learning appropriate sportsmanship, cooperation, work ethic, personal responsibility, and competitiveness to all student-athletes Other duties as assigned by the Dir of Soccer.
