Lipscomb Academy – Middle School Tennis Assistant Coach Position Available In Davidson, Tennessee

Lipscomb Academy is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Middle School Tennis Assistant Coach to support the boys and girls tennis program. This part-time position will assist the head coach in developing student-athletes through skill development, mentorship, and team-building, while promoting a positive, Christ-centered environment that reflects the mission and values of Lipscomb Academy. The duties of the Lipscomb Academy Middle School Tennis Assistant Coach include: Assist in planning and conducting tennis practices. Help teach fundamental techniques and strategies (grip, serve, volley, footwork, etc.). Supervise student-athletes during practices, matches, and travel. Ensure safety and enforce team rules and school policies. Encourage teamwork, discipline, and good sportsmanship. Help manage equipment and supplies (e.g., rackets, balls, water, first aid). Assist in organizing match lineups and warm-ups. Keep score and help track statistics as needed. Help set up and clean up before/after matches. Support the school’s athletic mission and values.
