Summary Description:
The Associate Performance Coach is responsible for the physical preparation of assigned teams, maintaining Sports Performance equipment upkeep and assisting with GA and intern development.

The Associate Performance Coach is responsible for the training of all assigned teams including strength training, speed/agility training, conditioning, and injury prevention/rehabilitation. The Associate Performance Coach is responsible for both KSAC and MSAC weightroom equipment management and upkeep as well as responsible for the day-to-day education of GA’s and interns.

Education:
: Minimum requirement: Bachelor’s degree in related field.
Experience:
1-3+ years of college coaching
Required Skills:
