Position Overview:

We’re seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Golf Instructor to teach private lessons, group sessions, and custom programs using our Trackman simulator. This is a commission-only position — instructors keep 100% of their hourly instruction fees. This is a great opportunity for motivated coaches looking to grow their client base without overhead costs or limitations.

Responsibilities:

Provide private and/or group golf instruction using Trackman simulator technology Design personalized lesson plans to meet individual player goals Educate clients on swing analysis, ball flight data, and game improvement strategies Promote lessons and develop a client base through great service and communication Maintain a clean, professional teaching environment Work closely with the Secret Swing team to schedule sessions and optimize studio use

Requirements:

Proven experience as a golf instructor or coach Strong understanding of swing mechanics and game improvement fundamentals Familiarity with Trackman or similar launch monitor technology (training available if needed) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Punctual, professional, and self-motivated
