Job Overview:

We are seeking a passionate Baseball Coach to join our team and lead baseball training sessions for our players. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in baseball and coaching, with a focus on developing players’ skills and fostering a love for the game.

Duties:

• Plan and conduct engaging baseball training practices/sessions
• Instruct players on proper techniques, strategies, and game rules
• Develop practice plans to enhance players’ skills in hitting, pitching, fielding, and base running
• Provide constructive feedback to players to help them improve their performance
• Organize and oversee team practices, games, and tournaments
• Promote sportsmanship, teamwork, and a positive attitude among players
• Ensure the safety of all players during training sessions and games

Qualifications:

• Previous experience playing or coaching baseball
• Knowledge of baseball rules and strategies
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to motivate and inspire players to reach their full potential
• Experience working with students or athletes in a coaching capacity
• Certification in CPR/First Aid (preferred)
• Background in physical education or related field (nice-to-have)
• Familiarity with behavior management techniques (nice-to-have)
• Experience working with children in a sports or recreational setting (nice-to-have)
