Part-Time Adaptive and Inclusive Gymnastics + Camp Coach Flip for Function 500 Wilson Pike Circle, Brentwood, TN 37027 Part Time Gymnastics Coach, with ability for growth. •

Applicants:

open to a variety of backgrounds, but a strong preference for OT, PT, ST, special education, or similar fields. Previous gymnastics experience encouraged, but not required. If OT or COTA, option to take on OT sessions at increased pay rate. Gymnastics and coaching experience not required, but preferred. Flexible hours; priority given to Friday and Saturday availability

Location:

Primarily Brentwood, TN with options for Nashville, Hermitage, & Franklin, TN.

Pay range:

$20/hr – $50/hr depending on multiple factors We are looking for a FUN, energetic, creative coach to join our team! We are problem solvers and relationship builders. Must be passionate about working with children! Able to think on your feet, ask questions, and be flexible and adaptable. No two sessions look the same around here! This position requires an individual who can adapt to changing situations and meet the unique needs of each child.

Responsibilities include:

Planning and leading 1:1 and 1:2 sessions in accordance with family goals Planning and leading small group gymnastics sessions Respectfully and efficiently communicating with parents about their child’s progress Able to implement tools, such as object schedules, timers, etc. Leading and assisting activities during camp, such as sensory, craft and obstacle courses Must have a passion for continued learning
