Northwest Valley Ducks 7th/8th Grade Head Tackle Football Coach Swanton Recreation Commission 16 Jewett Street, Swanton, VT 05488 The Northwest Valley Ducks youth football program is part of the Northern Vermont Youth Football League. We are currently looking for coaches for a 7th/8th grade head coach. The team is competing in tackle football in Division 2

• Overview:

• We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Football Coach to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in football and coaching, with the ability to motivate and inspire players to achieve their best performance.

• Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective training programs for football players
• Teach players the fundamentals of football techniques, strategies, and rules
• Plan and organize practice sessions to improve player skills and teamwork
• Analyze player performance and provide constructive feedback for improvement
• Motivate and inspire players to work hard, stay disciplined, and exhibit good sportsmanship
• Collaborate with other coaches, staff, and parents to ensure a positive team environment

• Skills:

• Strong background in football coaching
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Knowledge of football techniques, strategies, and rules
• Ability to motivate and inspire players
• Experience in behavior management
