QUALIFICATIONS

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE
Relentless commitment to raising the academic achievement of all student-athletes. Organize and attend all practices and contests. Ability to motivate students. Ability to individualize instructions. Strong communication skills Knowledge of rules and strategies Experience as a coach preferred. Experience as a player preferred. Enthusiasm for the sport Coaching certifications preferred (VPA / NFHS) Ability to work effectively with students, staff, parents, administrators, and the public. Maintain a high level of ethical behavior. Available to work a flexible schedule, including afternoons/evenings/weekends. Carry out other duties as assigned by the athletic director that is sport or coaching-related.
