QUALIFICATIONS:
Springfield School District seeks individuals who are committed to the school’s mission and vision. RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE
Relentless commitment to raising the academic achievement of all student-athletes Organize and attend all practices and contests Ability to motivate students Ability to individualize instructions Strong communication skills Knowledge of rules and strategies Experience as a coach preferred Experience as a player preferred Enthusiasm for the sport Coaching certifications preferred (VPA / NFHS) Ability to work effectively with students, staff, parents, administrators, and public Maintain a high level of ethical behavior Available to work a flexible schedule, including afternoon/evening/weekends Carry out other duties as assigned by the athletic director that are sport or coaching-related Interested parties, please submit a cover letter, application, and three (3) letters of reference online at http://www.schoolspring.
