Applicantsat the Assistant or Associate rank will be considered. The Schoolof Public Policy (SPP) is the home of a Master of Science inCybersecurity Policy which is part of a nationally rankedinterdisciplinary MS Cybersecurity program with specializations inPolicy, Information Security (hosted by the School of Cybersecurityand Privacy), and Cyber-Physical Security (hosted by the School ofElectrical and Computer Engineering). The MS Cyber Program hassuccessful online and campus versions of all three tracks. GeorgiaTech is home to a wide variety of research initiatives ininformation and communications technology policy and security, notonly at SPP but also at the Nunn School of International Affairs,the School of Interactive Computing, and the School ofCybersecurity and Privacy. Topics of research and teaching ofinterest to the School of Public Policy include digitally enabledpolitical communication (e.g., influence operations, censorship,propaganda), data governance and critical infrastructure, transportinfrastructure and autonomous vehicles, cyber conflict, and/ordigital political economy. Candidates should be able to connectwith strengths of the school in areas such as law, energy, health,urban, and science and technology policy. Candidates are expectedto demonstrate an exceptional commitment to the teaching andmentoring of students.
