Job duties:
Engage in teaching, research, reflection and publication. Be responsible for mentoring research of graduate and undergraduate research assistants on projects under the faculty’s member auspices. Contribute broadly to the curriculum according to the needs of the academic unit. Oversee the work carried out by teaching assistants. Be available to students and colleagues during the work week by holding office hours and/or being otherwise available for consultation and by responding to correspondence in a timely fashion. Participate, as appropriate, in the shared governance of the department, the College, and the University. Perform related responsibilities as required.
Requirements:
Ph.D. in Statistics, Economics, or related field. Candidates should submit a cover letter, research statement, CV, teaching portfolio, writing sample, and a list of three names for writers for letters of recommendation (no actual letters needed at this time).
