A Professor of the Practice is a non-tenure track position where the exceptional candidate will be focused on teaching and service. Appointments will be at the rank of Assistant, Associate, or Full Professor of the Practice depending on experience. The candidate’s primary teaching interests must include one or both of Wills & Estates (Trusts & Estates) and Family Law.

Non-Tenure Track Minimum Qualifications A candidate must have a J.D. degree from an ABA accredited law school and a commitment to teaching in an environment dedicated to excellence in teaching and mentoring of students. All applicants should have a distinguished academic background, and either great promise or a record of excellence in both scholarship and teaching.
