(Coursework may include classes in audition technique, musicianship, and others depending on experience.) Musical Direction of departmental musicals. the Demon Barber of Fleet Street on August 11th, 2025. Classes for the Fall semester commence on August 19th with the production opening in early October. Supervising, advising, and instructing the MFA Musical Director Candidate. Advising students, assisting in student recruitment, and serving on departmental, college, and university committees. To be a class accompanist when necessary Minimum Qualifications We are looking for candidates with strong skills in collaboration and communication, as well as professional networks to help bridge classroom experiences and the profession. Applicants should have special expertise in musical theatre as a musical director. MM, MFA in Music, Musical Theatre or Theatre, or equivalent professional experience .
