Job Duties:
The Department of Pediatrics, Brody School of Medicine at East Carolina University is seeking a full-time BE/BC academic developmental/behavioral pediatrician. Applicants with interests in Autism Spectrum Disorders, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorders and developmental delays are especially encouraged to apply. Responsibilities will also include medical education (teaching) residents and medical students. Salary and rank are commensurate with credentials. Greenville is a rapidly growing university town 90 minutes from the Research Triangle and 90 minutes from the beautiful NC beaches. Fixed-term or tenure-track position available at Assistant, Associate, or Professor. Employment in this position provides eligibility to participate in the UNC Optional Retirement Program ( ORP ) which offers matching employer contributions and employee control of investment choices, along with eligibility to participate in various Voluntary Supplemental Retirement Plans (401k, 403b. 457). This position is not eligible to participate in the NC Teachers’ and State Employees’ Retirement System ( TSERS ).
