Job Description:
Immaculata University invites applications for a full-time, tenure-track position with the Department of Business, Fashion and Leadership beginning August 2025. The successful candidate will be expected to teach on-campus courses in Sports Management and Marketing as well as various Business-related courses across the department’s curriculum. Department degree programs include Accounting, Finance, Financial Planning, Human Resource Management, Marketing Management, Sport Management, and Supply Chain Management. Review of applications begins upon receipt, and screening continues until the position is filled. Requirements:
Required:
Earned Master’s degree in Business (MBA) with a focus in Sport Management/Marketing, MS in Sport Management, or a similarly related degree focus from an accredited program.
Ideal candidates will have a demonstrated ability to develop, assess, and effectively teach a variety of sport management/business courses (in face-to-face, hybrid, and online environments) and understand the competitive sport industry landscape.
Strong applicants will have an established network of professionals from the sport business community and sport industry business experience.
Candidates with expertise and the ability to teach courses in both Sport Management and Marketing degree programs are given special consideration.
Salary and rank will be commensurate with experience.
Preferred:
Doctorate degree preferred ABD Candidates will be considered
Practical experience in Business is preferred.
