Job Description
The Department of Business, Organizations and Society (BOS) at Franklin and Marshall College invites applications for possible part-time adjunct faculty positions teaching introductory strategy, marketing, or organizational behavior. Appointment will be at the Adjunct Assistant Professor or Adjunct Instructor rank, depending on qualifications. Franklin & Marshall College is committed to high-quality teaching and research in a liberal arts environment. The teaching load for this position is one or two courses in the Fall 2025 or Spring 2026. All courses will be taught in person; the employment period extends for two weeks following the completion of the semester. Applicants should have a graduate degree; teaching experience at the college level and professional certification are desirable.
