Job Description:
The School of Engineering, Computing and Construction Management at Roger Williams University invites applications for a full-time, visiting professor of Construction Management. The successful candidate will be expected to teach in one or more of the following areas: computer applications, cost control, materials and methods, estimating, and/or scheduling; advise students to help them attain academic and professional success; and participate in service activities in support of the University, School, and Program. This will be a one-year appointment with a start date in August 2025.
Requirements:
Ph.D. (all but dissertation accepted) in construction management, construction engineering, civil engineering or closely related field from an accredited institution preferred. Prior teaching experience also is preferred. • At the University’s discretion, the education and experience prerequisites may be accepted where the candidate can demonstrate, to the satisfaction of the University, an equivalent combination of education and experience specifically preparing the candidate for success in the position.
