Assistant Professor of Allergy & Immunology The Medical University of South Carolina’s Division of Pulmonary, Critical Care, Allergy and Sleep Medicine Job Description “Join a team that’s Changing What’s Possible — The Medical University of South Carolina’s Division of Pulmonary, Critical Care, Allergy and Sleep Medicine is actively recruiting for clinician-educator faculty members with expertise in Allergy & Immunology at the level of Assistant Professor or above.

We are seeking candidates with:

Focus on collaboration, innovation, and teamwork
Board Certified/Board Eligible in Allergy & Immunology
Academic orientation, enthusiasm for teaching, passion for outreach and research
About our opportunity: 100% outpatient position located at one of our Charleston clinics
Robust clinical practice with a dedicated team of allergy trained physicians and staff
Collaborative and intellectually stimulating team of 4 allergy immunologists
Expectation to participate in teaching assignments and mentor students, interns, residents and fellows
No research requirements, but candidates will have access to clinical trials if interested
Very strong interdisciplinary specialty support
Opportunity for involvement in outreach programs with many possibilities for collaboration university-wide
