The Gary W. Rollins College of Business at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga (UTC) invites applications for a tenure-track faculty position in Management with primary teaching responsibilities in Strategic Management and Business & Society. Salary and benefits are competitive with peer institutions. Responsibilities include teaching nine credit hours per semester, research leading to quality-referred journal publications, and service at the Department, College, and/or University level. The Gary W. Rollins College of Business at UTC has long-standing AACSB accreditation at the undergraduate and graduate levels, serves approximately 2,400 students, and has a highly productive, collegial faculty.
Qualifications:
Qualified applicants must possess or will complete by August 2026, a doctoral degree in Management or closely related field, from an AACSB-accredited business school, as well as a strong research portfolio in strategic management and demonstrated teaching ability in undergraduate and/or graduate level courses. Proven experience or ability to provide instruction in a variety of modalities including online is required.
