Job Description

Assistant Professor-Medicine Gastroenterology 4.0 4.0 out of 5 stars Memphis, TN 38163 The University of Tennessee Health Science Center Department of Medicine is seeking a full-time non-tenure Assistant Professor. This position has teaching responsibilities for medical students’ didactic lectures as well as clerkship lectures, in addition to being available for medical student syllabus questions and giving formal feedback. This position will directly support LCME Element 7.1 and the preclinical curriculum. This position gives didactic lectures to the first- and second-year medical students as part of the preclinical curriculum. In addition, the position will teach didactic lectures to the third-year students during the medicine clerkship. This position will be 90% teaching, 5% research, and 5% service.

EDUCATION

M.D. Degree and MBA degree.
