weeks ago Camp Laurel South is seeking a dynamic and motivated Assistant Athletic Director to join our leadership team for the summer. This role supports the Athletic Director in overseeing athletics programming, ensuring high-quality instruction, and fostering a positive, team-oriented environment for campers and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the coordination and supervision of all athletic programs and activities.
Support and mentor staff to maintain a fun, safe, and instructional atmosphere.
Ensure proper use and maintenance of sports equipment and facilities.
Help organize intercamp games, tournaments, and special events.
Serve as a role model and leader for both campers and staff.

Qualifications:

Strong background in coaching, athletics, or physical education.
Experience working with children in a camp or sports setting.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Enthusiastic, energetic, and team-oriented mindset.
