Job Description
Technical Assistant – Academic Affairs (PT) 3.8 3.8 out of 5 stars 1 College Blvd, Paterson, NJ 07505 We are seeking a technical assistant who will report directly to the Assistant to the Senior Vice President for Academic and Student Affairs. This person will provide support to the Office of Academic Affairs. This is a part-time, hourly position.
Examples of Duties:
Data entry for assigned projects Research assigned projects Assist with data collection Troubleshoot issues as assigned Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Minimum of 24 credits from an accredited college/university required Previous experience in an office setting preferred Superior computer skills and knowledge of various software programs, including Microsoft Office Suite, One Drive, Excel, and research engines required Excellent verbal and written communications skills Demonstrate ability to work independently and as a team Ability to manage multiple projects in fast paced environment The completion of a background check will be required for the selected candidate.
Compensation:
Compensation is determined by a variety of criteria, including but not limited to, previous relevant experience, education level, and certifications. The hourly pay range for this position is $16-$20.
