Position:
Patient Access Specialist Shift:
M-F 8:30am – 5pm
Experience:
1. 2-3 years of patient registration, appointment scheduling, unit clerk, financial counseling or customer service experience in a fast-paced, high volume, high acuity environment. 2. Strong persuasion, organizational and follow through skills. 3. Ability to multi-task under a moderate amount of pressure, and to interact and work with clinical as well as nonclinical staff.
