Special Education Supervisor 3.6 3.6 out of 5 stars 368 Tioga Avenue, Kingston, PA 18704 A Special Education Supervisor will insure that Luzerne Intermediate Unit programs / services including assigned classrooms, related services, and ancillary programs operate under best practice and provide a free and appropriate public education (FAPE) for students attending LIU programs from local and regional school districts.
