QUALIFICATIONS
REQUIREDTwo-year degree in Computer Networking or related field. Minimum of 5 years’ work experience in Computer Networking. Experience in and commitment to the team concept. Energetic, open to challenges, gaining new skills and varied work assignments. Excellent written, verbal communication skills. Strong computer skills a must with a high level of knowledge and skill proficiency in general networking including cabling, configuration, cybersecurity, networking devices/hardware, Powershell and servers.
QUALIFICATIONS
PREFERREDBaccalaureate degree in related field, 10 years’ work experience in computer programming, industry/national credentials or licensure in related field, postsecondary teaching experience. JOB DESCRIPTIONThis position combines teaching, advisement and evaluation along with instructional planning, curriculum design, program evaluation, data reporting, establishing and maintaining industry relationships, student placement, laboratory organization and management, material/supply purchases, student certification/licensure preparation and college committee participation..
