Job Description
OverviewWork alongside course faculty to proctor in-person examinations in classrooms and/or auditoriums and proctor 1-1 or small groups of students receiving disability-related accommodations.
ResponsibilitiesWork alongside Nursing course faculty to proctor in-person examinations in classrooms and/or auditoriumsProctor 1-1 or small groups of students receiving disability-related accommodationsBe familiar with academic integrity protocols — e.g.distance, seating, focused attention, exam start/stop time policiesConfront and report suspected behaviors allegedly in violation of academic integrity policies and department testing policies.
QualificationsEducation/ ExperienceHigh School Diploma, college degree preferredKnowledge/ Skills/ Abilities Sensitivity in communications with faculty, students, and other staffAbility to follow integrity protocolsCollaborative working styleWork experience in any educational or administrative capacityWill proctor an exam in another campus of Touro University when necessaryPhysical Demands Able to lift up to 5 lbs.
Extensive time sitting and standingBe able to accommodate a schedule that varies according to student test days/times (per semester)Maximum SalaryUSD $17.00/Hr.
