Christ Health Center is looking for a passionate and organized Medical Education & Student Ministry Coordinator. In this vital role, you will work alongside the Director of Medical Education to implement and manage student education strategies, programs, and goals. As the primary point of contact for clinical faculty and students, you’ll coordinate all educational activities, maintain essential documentation, and ensure smooth communication throughout the learning process. Requirements:
Supervisory Responsibilities None Major Duties & Responsibilities:

Job Skills Responsible for overseeing all aspects of student orientation/onboarding, including ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Oversees the creation, maintenance and monitoring of all student clerkship schedules, and volunteer schedules. Communicates and coordinates with school faculty, residency faculty, and other staff. Proctor or delegate proctoring of medical student exams. Assist with planning and organizing conferences and recruitment events (e.g., CCHF, GMHC). Communicate with residency applicants and manage interview/visit scheduling. Schedules all interviews and in-person visits. Coordinates student ministry and recruitment activities. Collect and share feedback from residents to support continuous improvement. Manages the budget for recruiting, conferences, and student ministry. Perform additional duties as assigned. Each employee of Christ Health Center is vital to providing overall quality care to our patients and may be included in the patient care team and daily huddle when deemed necessary by the Core Care Team. Qualification, Education, Experience Educational requirements – High degree of administrative knowledge. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Exceptional, written, oral and presentation skills. Excellent problem-solving skills. Demonstrated ability to critically think through situations that at times may be fluid and rapidly changing. Current CPR certification preferred but not required. Must demonstrate leadership skills. Must be a United States citizen or legally authorized to work in the United States. Attendance Standards Punctual and dependent for assigned/confirmed shifts. Language Skills Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos; ability to write simple correspondence and reports; Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to patients, visitors, and other employees of the organization. Mathematical Skills Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals; ability to compute rate, ratio and percent. Reasoning Ability Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems. The ability to combine pieces of information to form general rules or conclusions (includes finding a relationship among seemingly unrelated events). Physical/Mental Demands Work requires the ability to move and transport objects weighing up to 20 pounds. Work requires the ability to remain in a stationary position +/- 90% of the time. Work requires the ability to position self to move and good manual dexterity. Work requires the ability to communicate, converse with (in-person and over the phone), and exchange information effectively with others. Work requires visualizing, identifying, inspecting, and operating a computer and other office machinery, including a computer monitor, keyboard, mouse, and printer. Work requires the ability to review, grade, communicate, converse with, and exchange information with students concerning tests, quizzes, and assignments. OSHA personal exposure risk category I & II. Airborne personal exposure risk category I (Possible exposure of the healthcare worker to patients capable of transmitting M. tuberculosis). Universal precautions will be adhered to at all times.
