We are looking for compassionate individuals who want to make a positive impact on our students to join our Team! $5,000• Sign on Bonus – Board Certified Behavior Analyst The Instructional Supports Specialist (Behavior Analyst or BCBA candidate) is responsible for assisting with behavioral program development, including (but not limited to): Conduct relevant assessments to determine clinical outcomes Provide oversight of the implementation of individualized clinical initiatives for people receiving services at The Learning Tree, Inc. Conduct effective staff training, as directed by their BCBA supervisor, and provide direct observational feedback to staff member of behavioral program implementation Complete supervision and performance appraisal of Instructional Support Monitors (Behavior Technicians) to ensure quality supports for people receiving services from the agency and efficacy of service delivery Education and/or
Work Experience Requirements:
Minimum of a Master’s Degree in Psychology or Education, or closely related field. Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) preferred, or BCBA candidate. Minimum one year of experience with service delivery to people with intellectual/developmental disabilities, and a good driving record. Proven abilities in analytics, communication (verbal and written), and presentation of information.

Physical Requirements:
Ability to safely and successfully perform essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA, and other federal laws, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards. Job function includes the ability to participate in crisis management procedures, to include, but not limited to: lifting and lowering people to and from the floor, standing from a kneeling position and dropping to kneeling position while physically controlling a person, blocking attempted blows and bites, transporting people in crisis, and deflecting blows from thrown objects. Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA, and other federal laws.
