Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Teach classes/labs as assigned. Classes/labs may be scheduled during the day, evenings, or weekend and at any campus/instructional site deemed necessary.
Responsible for assisting the Director in coordinating and scheduling all training including logistical distribution of training statewide.
Review and rmend revisions of curriculum periodically based on relevant business and industry standards and needs. Ad to prescribed procedures in all financial operations of the division.
Assist in the development of course offerings.
Maintain professional conduct in dealing with students, staff, administration, faculty, and the collegemunity.
Maintain safe practices in the classroom and laboratory by keeping areas clean and abiding by all safety procedures that to an area. Assist in the recruitment aspects such as students and instructors for classes for the Energy Infrastructure Training Center.
Supervision and assignment of training instructors for the Center. Acquisition and maintenance of training resources (e.g. props, mobile labs/trailers, software teaching and testing technology, etc.)
Ensure that policies and procedures are inpliance with all grant, state, and federal regulations. Conduct effective evaluation procedures to measure the Project’s stated objectives against actualpliance and report project progress and problem areas to the Director.
Evaluate Energy Infrastructure Training Center personnel annually that are assigned to the instructional coordinator.
Attend faculty and staff meetings.
Continue professional development through professionalanizations, seminars, and etc. to maintain and improve skills.
Participate in college andmunity activities deemed necessary by the Director.
Perform other duties as needed to support and facilitate the essential functions of the Energy Infrastructure Training Center. Qualifications
A certificate from applicable discipline area is required. A minimum of 10 years of working experience in an electrical and/or connectivity related field is required.

Ability to utilize Excel or other database software (such as Access) to enter, format, sort and analyze information and prepare reports.
Ability to utilize Word or other word processing tools to prepare andmunicate information.
Ability to make decisions based on correspondence, data or other information.
Ability to utilize and search the internet for information.
Ability to multi-task and prioritize issues.
Ability to maintain confidential information.
Ability to work andmunicate with a variety of people from diverse backgrounds.
