This role is ideal for an educator who thrives on creativity, collaboration, and measurable impact. Key Responsibilities Design and develop engaging, standards-aligned curriculum for K-12 onsite and virtual courses Collaborate with teachers, instructional designers, and administrators to ensure materials meet diverse learner needs Evaluate and revise existing curriculum to improve instructional quality and student outcomes Integrate educational technology, including virtual-reality components, into lesson plans and projects Train faculty on new curriculum, instructional strategies, and assessment best practices Ensure all materials comply with state, national, and accreditation standards

Qualifications Minimum Requirement:

Associate degree in education, child development, curriculum, instructional design, or a related field, plus a recognized certification or credential related to teaching or curriculum development

Preferred:

Bachelor’s degree in Education, Curriculum & Instruction, or related field

Highly Preferred:
