COORDINATOR, ESE PK-12 MODIFIED CURRICULUM & HIGH SCHOOL

Minimum Requirements (Education/Experience) Master’s degree in Education- related field with an emphasis in Special Education, Psychology, Communication Sciences and Disorders, Applied Behavior Analysis, Reading, Educational Leadership or Administration and five years of successful experience working with students with disabilities, or successful administrative/ supervisory experience. Ability to analyze, interpret and monitor the results of student growth and progress on state and district assessments of students with disabilities. Ability to plan and facilitate a group to achieve desired outcomes. Ability to develop and plan for systemic improvement in delivery of services to students with disabilities to ensure high expectations with measurable learning. Ability to plan, develop, and provide/facilitate professional learning opportunities to enhance teachers’ pedagogical skills in utilization of instructional strategies focused on closing learning gaps for students with disabilities. Basic computer skills required including email and Office applications (e.g., WORD, Excel).
