We are seeking a creative and strategic Learning Experience Designer & Facilitator to join our Learning & Development team. This role blends innovative instructional design with hands-on facilitation, driving the growth and performance of our employees across all levels. You’ll work closely with the L&D Lead to create learning that is dynamic, multimedia-rich, and engaging. You’ll be the creative powerhouse behind our learning strategy; designing interactive digital experiences, videos, podcasts, and live workshops that transform how our team learns. Essential Functions, Duties, and Responsibilities Design and develop engaging learning experiences using multimedia tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Articulate Storyline, Canva). Facilitate live and virtual training sessions with confidence, clarity, and presence. Collaborate with SMEs to transform technical or dry content into compelling stories and learner-driven solutions. Launch and manage blended learning programs, including leadership development and upskilling initiatives. Develop videos, podcasts, microlearnings, and social learning tools that align with adult learning theory. Measure learning effectiveness and iterate based on feedback and performance data. Provide feedback to other facilitators and help elevate their delivery style. Stay ahead of L&D trends and experiment with new delivery formats. Educational and Experience Requirements Bachelor’s degree with a concentration in Instructional Design, Learning Technology, Communications, or related field Minimum of two years of experience in instructional design and facilitation Experience with LMS administration and data analytics Previous experience facilitating training for audiences at varying professional levels Portfolio demonstrating creative learning solutions across various media types Preferred to have experience working in a regulated environment that adheres to FDA, ISO, and/or MDSAP compliance standards. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Maintain high integrity and confidentiality of company and department information. Able to write and speak clearly and succinctly in various communication settings and styles Strong proficiency in active listening, clear communication, training, and coaching. Ability to develop training programs from inception. Ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with all organizational levels. Ability to manage multiple priorities. Experience with podcasting and/or video production Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Deep understanding of adult learning principles Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies, tools, and techniques.
