As we grow our presence and impact, we’re seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Medical Education Coordinator to help shape and deliver our US physician training and education strategy. Position Summary The Medical Education Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the planning, execution, and evaluation of Orthocell’s surgeon education and training initiatives. This individual will manage the logistics of both live and virtual programs, coordinate with key stakeholders including faculty and sales teams, and ensure all activities are compliant and aligned with Orthocell’s standards for quality and professionalism. Key Responsibilities Program Coordination & Execution Organize logistics for physician training programs, wet labs, cadaveric workshops, webinars, and medical symposia Manage scheduling, venue selection, vendor coordination, and onsite support Ensure all training materials and equipment are prepared and available ahead of time Stakeholder Engagement Coordinate with internal teams (sales, marketing, clinical) to identify educational needs Communicate with surgeon faculty, key opinion leaders (KOLs), and participants for seamless engagement Provide post-event support including thank-you notes, reimbursement processing, and feedback collection Educational Content Management Collaborate on the creation and organization of training materials, including presentations, product guides, and procedural videos Maintain a library of current, compliant education content for internal and external use Compliance & Reporting Ensure all programs adhere to industry regulations (e.g., AdvaMed, Sunshine Act) and company compliance guidelines Track program metrics, participation, and feedback to support continuous improvement Maintain accurate HCP interaction and spend documentation Technology & Systems Support Manage LMS platforms and CRM systems to track training participation and engagement Generate reports and dashboards to inform strategy and share performance metrics
Qualifications & Experience Required:
Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, healthcare, marketing, or related field 2+ years of experience in event planning, medical education, clinical training, or healthcare coordination Excellent organizational and project management skills Strong written and verbal communication abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with LMS, CRM, or event software is a plus Ability to travel (30-50%) to support onsite events, including some weekends
Preferred:
